These terms apply to all online transactions for purchasing aviation meals at Airfood.

1. Membership Registration Conditions

Each individual may only register a single account with a genuine phone number and email to accumulate loyalty tier discounts.

2. Ordering & Payment Regulations

Orders, once confirmed, are immediately sent to the flight kitchen for hot preparation. Please stay reachable to receive your piping hot meals.

3. Modification & Cancellation

Any meal modifications or order cancellation requests must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time via our customer hotline.
